eCRM SaaS Infrastructure Maintenance Notification: Ellucian CRM Prod and Non-Prod (AU/NZ only)

Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice
ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES 

As part of our ongoing SaaS delivery improvements an infrastructure maintenance is planned for all eCRM customers. This maintenance will affect all eCRM Prod and Non-Prod environments with NO DOWNTIME expected.

ESTIMATED DURATION: 4 hours

WINDOW: 
***For customers in the AU/NZ regions***
AU: Starting Tuesday, 16 July 2019 at 23:00 GMT+10 and concluding by Wednesday, 17 July 2019 at 03:00 GMT+10
NZ: Starting Wednesday, 17 July 2019 at 01:00 GMT+12 and concluding by Wednesday, 17 July 2019 at 05:00 GMT+12
