ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES 

As part of our ongoing SaaS delivery improvements an infrastructure maintenance is planned for all eCRM customers. This maintenance will affect all eCRM Prod and Non-Prod environments with NO DOWNTIME expected.

ESTIMATED DURATION: 8 hours

WINDOW: 
***For customers in US/CA/EU/ME regions***
US/CA: Starting Monday, July 15, 2019 at 8:00 PM EDT and concluding by Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 4:00 AM EDT
EU: Starting Tuesday, 16 July 2019 at 01:00 GMT+1 and concluding by Tuesday, 16 July 2019 at 09:00 GMT+1
ME: Starting Tuesday, 16 July 2019 at 04:00 GMT+4 and concluding by Tuesday, 16 July 2019 at 12:00 GMT+4

This infrastructure maintenance will have no expected downtime, however, you may experience intermittent disconnects while working in your environment. Should you encounter issues after this infrastructure maintenance, please contact Action Line. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
