To ensure the security of your eCRM environment, Ellucian Cloud Engineering has identified the following active eCRM user(s) with an email address that does not match your institutions approved email domain(s):
* SemoCRM – CRM Recruit
* sheila at digitalfire.io
* SemoTestCRM – CRM Recruit
* sheila at digitalfire.io
If this is a matter of misspelling, please make the appropriate corrections to the user email address within your specified CRM console and reply to this email to confirm completion. If the email address domain is valid, please reply back to this email to approve the email domain be added as an exception for your institution.
Note the correction, if needed, is for the CRM console user email address only.
