Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice
ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
As part of our ongoing SaaS delivery improvements an infrastructure maintenance is planned for all eCRM customers. This maintenance will affect all eCRM Non-Prod environments and there is no downtime expected, however, you may experience intermittent disconnects while working in your environment.
WINDOW:
*** For customers in the United States, Canada, and Europe regions***
Starting Monday, May 20, 2019 at 8:00 PM EDT and concluding by Wednesday, May 20, 2019 at 10:00 PM EDT.
*** For customers in the Australia and New Zealand regions ***
Starting Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 9:00 AM EDT and concluding by Tuesday, May 20, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST.
