Incident status: Identified
ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES 

SSL cert issue while connecting to Ellucian SaaS products from Firefox

Window: 
Thursday August 13th - starting at 8:00 a.m. EST

Activity: Ellucian engineering are continuing to work on this issue. The cause has been identified and a fix is currently being implemented. We expect to complete this work within the next couple of hours. Please expect an update on this page each hour.

Impact: Firefox users are seeing issues connecting to Ellucian SaaS products in the *.elluciancloud.com domain

Dependencies: None.

Client Action: Initial investigation suggests that sites are available through browsers other than Firefox.
