New incident: Identified
Some Ellucian Cloud clients in the PROD/US-EAST-1 data center environment is experiencing an interruption of service due to Degraded EBS Volume Performance, as of 10:20 PM ET 9/26/2021. The Cloud Team has been engaged at 10.30 PM ET to rapidly restore service.

Updates will be provided hourly until service is restored.
