Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice
We have identified a vulnerability in the Ellucian Identity Service (CVE-2022-29464 Click here to view Article in the Support Center). Customers are not currently vulnerable as Ellucian Cloud endpoint protection is preventing exploits. We will deploy additional mitigation steps tonight as a precaution. This deployment should not interrupt your services. It will start with non-prod system at 8:15pm ET and expect that to complete at 9:00pm ET. Production systems will start at 10:00pm ET and should finish at 11pm ET.
