[Elluciansupport] Maintenance Notification Reminder: Ellucian Recruiter 3.7.1 Upgrade in Test

This is a reminder the Recruiter 3.7.1 Upgrade in the TEST environment is scheduled for this weekend - see details below. You will receive a notification when the upgrade activities begin and another notification when all of the upgrades are complete.

You may begin your 3.7.1 testing/validation any time after the work is completed. Plan to test your integrations, customizations and business processes key to your business.

Maintenance Notification
Please be advised that the Ellucian Recruiter 3.7.1 Upgrade will be installed in the Test environment on March 27, 2015 5 p.m. Eastern and will conclude on March 30, 2015 2 a.m. Eastern. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Window:

March 27, 2015 5 p.m. Eastern - March 30, 2015 2 a.m. Eastern

Activity:

Install Ellucian Recruiter 3.7.1 Upgrade in the Test Environment.
Recruiter 3.7.1 is a minor release focused on defect corrections.

General Release is targeted for March 13, 2015. The Ellucian Recruiter 3.7.1 Release Overview will be available on the release date. In the meantime, view the Ellucian Recruiter 3.7.1 PreRelease Overview<https://ecommunities.ellucian.com/docs/DOC-3374> on ecommunities.

The Cloud Services team will:

*        Take a backup of the Test environment

*        Install Ellucian Recruiter 3.7.1 in the Test environment

NOTE: The outcome of the 3.7.1 Test upgrade will determine the outage window for the 3.7.1 Production Upgrade. The 3.7.1 Production upgrade will occur during the weekend of April 17, 2015.

Impact:

Intermittent outages will occur during the maintenance window.

Verify:

The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.  Status announcements will be sent prior to work commencing and once all work has been verified completed.
