The only thing I can think of that might interfere is if you have not updated the firewall rules with the new NAT IP addresses that were circulated in December.  See attached, basically:

The Client Network Team will need to expand current firewall rules to allow traffic from the 3 additional IPs listed:
52.0.60.9
52.5.110.249
54.165.61.168

If you’ve done that and still an issue, put in an urgent support ticket.
