Maintenance Notification – Application Hosting, SaaS eCRM (Recruiter, Pilot, Advance)

Please be advised that Ellucian will perform Emergency Maintenance on March 12, 2016 12:00 AM Eastern concluding March 12, 2016 2:00 AM Eastern. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work. 
 
Window: March 12, 2016 12:00 AM Eastern to March 12, 2016 2:00 AM Eastern

Activity: Restore Windows domain controller services to original configuration 

There was an incident on March 9, 2016 that caused intermittent login failures for Recruiter and Pilot clients. Services were restored during this incident with a workaround that needs to be replaced with a complete solution. 
     
Impact: There is no expected impact on site availability during this change. There may be brief periods of intermittent authentication failures to Application Hosting, Ellucian Recruiter, Ellucian Pilot and Ellucian Advance during the maintenance.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.  Status announcements will be sent prior to work commencing and once all work has been completed.
