ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES – Recruit SaaS 4.x Environment (only)
Please be advised that the Ellucian Recruit 2016 Date Hotfix will be deployed in the 4.x Production environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window: November 7, 2016 8:00 PM – midnight Eastern.
Activity: Deploy Ellucian Recruit hotfix in the environment
Impact: None. The production environment will remain available during the upgrade.

CR-000142839 SaaS Recruit 4.x Date fields displaying incorrectly.
Date fields can display incorrectly, showing the day before the date actually entered. For example, if a person record was created with the birthday of 02/15/2000, it might be displayed as 02/14/2000. This is caused by the Behavior setting for these fields being set to User Local instead of Date Only. This has been seen for the Birthdate fields on the Prospect and Suspect records and the Test Date field on Test Score records.
A workflow to assist with cleaning up incorrect birthdates and test scores is being developed.
Known Issue: BANNER ERP: Test score dates continue to display off by one day.
A solution is actively being evaluated.
Client Action: The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
