Maintenance Notification Recruit SaaS 2016 Date Hotfix PROD : Scheduled

Please be advised CR-000143079 Anonymous Registration, CR-000142308 Business Process Flow, and CR-000143106 Time Zone in the WFE will also be deployed in this maintenance window. This is in addition to the previously announced CR-000142839 deployment.

CR-000143079 Anonymous Registration 
When a student registers for an event anonymously, the system performs duplicate detection. When a match is found it retrieves all opportunities for that person without an inquiry source to determine whether this is a new account inquiry. The query is retrieving all opportunity records without an inquiry source.

CR-000142308 Business Process Flow 
Clients receiving event errors in BRIM after upgrading to Recruit 4.x. These are occurring when an application is pushed to Banner in Submitted status. The "Application Review" stage of the business process flow is not being unlocked.

CR-000143106 Time Zone in WFE
The Time Zone reflected in the WFE was set to Eastern, creating a conflict for customers in different time zones, especially for Events.
