Maintenance Notice :  CRM Recruit 4.7 TEST Upgrades scheduled : Scheduled

Scheduled Start: Apr 17, 2017, 09:00 EDT
Scheduled End: Apr 27, 2017, 17:00 EDT

ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES 

Please be advised that the Ellucian CRM Recruit 4.7 will be deployed in the TEST environments between April 17th and 27th, 2017. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work. 

Note:  CRM Recruit 4.7 will be deployed in Production in May, 2017 (schedule TBD)

Activity:  Deploy release in the Test environment.

Note:  The upgrade will include a Clone of Production to Test.  You Must Contact your Customer Success Manager if you do not want the clone.

Window: Your CSM will provide a date/time range for your specific upgrade outage.  We expect the actual upgrade process to take approximately 2 hours.

Impact:  The test environment will be unavailable during your specific maintenance window. 

Documentation:  Release documentation can be found on The Ellucian HUB. 

Dependencies:  None. 

Client Action:  The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment. Test major business processes, integration to the ERP, 3rd Party integration and bug fixes. 

Verify:  The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
