ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
Please be advised that the Ellucian Cloud Operations team is placing an additional assembly along with response services to mitigate a connection issue with CRM Recruit 4.6 observed by some customers leveraging Banner Document Management (BDM). This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Activity: Deploy an additional assembly supporting Response Services into the CRM Recruit 4.6 environment.
Note: We will be doing this for both TEST and PROD as outlined below
Window(s):
TEST: Thursday April 13th @ 6:00 – 6:30 PM Eastern
PROD: Friday April 14th @ 9:00 – 9:30 AM Eastern
Impact: The environments are not impacted during the maintenance window.
Dependencies: None.
Client Action: No client action is needed.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
