Ellucian CRM Recruit 4.7 Upgrade to PROD - General Announcement : Scheduled

ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
Please be advised that Ellucian CRM Recruit 4.7 will be deployed in the SaaS PROD environments between May 7th and 18th, 2017. This notification is the general announcement for the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Reminder: Please complete your 4.7 validation in TEST over the next two weeks in preparation for the PROD upgrade. Please refer to the test plans we sent with your completion notice for the TEST upgrade. Activity: Deploy the CRM Recruit 4.7 release in the SaaS PROD environment.
Window: The CSM SaaS Team will provide a date/time range for your specific upgrade outage in a separate communication. The general time frame would be after 8 PM Eastern to 6 AM Eastern the next morning on a given date. We expect the upgrade process to take approximately 4 hours.
Impact: The PROD environment will be unavailable during your specific maintenance window.
Documentation: Release documentation can be found on The Ellucian HUB.
Dependencies: None.
Client Action: The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment. Test major business processes, integration to the ERP, 3rd Party integration and bug fixes.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.

Longer Term Planning Note: CRM Recruit 4.8 is tentatively scheduled for release at the end of May. In support of that release we are planning SaaS deployment in TEST for June 11 - 22, with PROD in the July 9-21st timeframe. Further details will follow as we approach those dates.
