Recruit SaaS TEST - Upgrade to CRM Recruit 4.7 Scheduled
Greetings - this notice serves as an update to previous notices to inform you of the specific Date and Time for the CRM Recruit 4.7 TEST upgrade for your SaaS instance. The information about the upgrade window is below.
We apologize for the short interval between this and the last upgrade - if you have concerns about the new date please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to discuss a new date.

Activity: Recruit 4.7 upgrade to TEST environment
Date: Monday, April 25th
Time Window: DAYTIME: 9AM - 5PM Eastern
Impact: Your TEST Environment will be unavailable during the window.
Please Note: A CLONE of PROD to TEST is to be conducted prior to the upgrade. Please ensure you have promoted any completed work to PROD and saved any work in progress to an unmanaged solution outside of the TEST environment to prevent loss of your work. If you cannot have a clone for any reason, please inform your CSM immediately so we can skip that step.
Dependencies: There are no new requirements for ERP integration for CRM Recruit 4.7.
Notifications: In addition to this notice informing you of the upcoming date for your upgrade, we will send a reminder the day of your upgrade. Also, when our team completes the work, we will send an email indicating the upgrades are complete and your system is back online and ready for testing.
Validation: Customers will be responsible for validating the environment following the upgrade. Because timelines are short, please focus on your previous/already configured functionality and review user access, major business operations processes, integration to the ERP, and 3rd Party integrations. New features shipped with this release switched 'OFF' and your current configurations should remain intact. The main goal of testing is to validate you will be operational in your current state without issues after the upgrade - once you have validated current state is good you can move on to configure and test the new features of this release.
If you do encounter issues while testing, enter a high priority (level 2) Action Line case with the words "Recruit SaaS 4.7 TEST - Upgrade Issue - [description of issue]" to ensure proper routing and priority.
