Update to CRM Recruit SaaS 4.8.1 in PROD is this MONDAY evening starting at 10 PM Eastern.
Greetings - this notice serves as a reminder that the CRM Recruit 4.8 PROD update for your SaaS instance will begin at approximately 10 PM Eastern this coming Monday evening.

Time Window:  MONDAY EVE: 10 PM Eastern - 6 AM Eastern Tuesday

Impact:  Your PROD Environment will be unavailable during the window.


Notifications:  In addition to this notice reminding you of your upgrade, after our team completes the work early on Tuesday, we will send an email indicating the upgrades are complete and your system is back online. Since the footprint of the release is small and targeted, if you are not using any of the features updated (XCAS/UCAS) or have not been impacted by one of the other listed defects that were corrected, you need not test.



Validation: The cloud operations team will be monitoring the systems during and after the upgrade and performing smoke testing to validate the environments are operational before releasing them. We will notify you when the upgrade has been completed.
