Recruit 4.9 TEST Upgrade Scheduled

Sunday 12/10 @ 10 PM EST




DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:

This notice is to inform you about our plans for the Q4 (Recruit 4.9) upgrade to your cloud TEST environment.

* Please note that for this upgrade, we will not be performing a clone step for your environment.  Our team will be conducting internal testing with no downtime impact to your site to ensure success of your PROD environment upgrade later in December.



WINDOW: RECRUIT 4.9 UPGRADE - SUNDAY DEC 10 @ 10PM - 6AM EST

The Recruit 4.9 UPGRADE will be deployed to your TEST environment overnight on SUNDAY, DEC 10th, starting after 10PM Eastern and concluding by 6AM the following morning.



FYI - the PROD UPGRADE WINDOW is tentatively scheduled for overnight December 28th, starting after 10PM Eastern and concluding by 6AM the following morning.

IMPACTS:

Your TEST Environment will be taken offline to perform the steps listed above during the assigned window.  There is no impact to PROD for this window.



NEXT STEPS:

There is no action required at this time by Customers.    We will provide a link to test plans when your TEST updates are completed.
