DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:

This notice is to remind you about the upcoming Q4/Recruit 4.9 upgrade to your cloud TEST environment.



WINDOW: RECRUIT 4.9 UPGRADE - SUNDAY DEC 10 @ 10PM - 8AM EST

The Recruit 4.9 UPGRADE will be deployed to your TEST environment overnight on SUNDAY, DEC 10th, starting after 10PM Eastern and concluding by 8 AM the following morning.  Please note we have extended the TEST window from 10 PM EST until 8 AM from the previously announced 6 AM to provide more time for the cloud team to perform the upgrades.



For your planning purposes,  the PROD UPGRADE WINDOW for US customers is scheduled for overnight December 28th, starting after 10PM Eastern and concluding by 8AM the following morning.  UK, Canadian and Middle Eastern customers have a different PROD window and will be notified separately about their window.

IMPACTS:

Your TEST Environment will be taken offline to perform the steps listed above during the assigned window.  There is no impact to PROD for this window.



NEXT STEPS:

There is no action required at this time by Customers.    We will provide a link to test plans when your TEST updates are completed.
