Ellucian CRM Recruit 4.6 - Upgrade schedule for TEST environment : Scheduled

Scheduled Start: Feb 7, 2017, 09:00 EST
Scheduled End: Feb 13, 2017, 17:00 EST

ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES 
Please be advised that the Ellucian CRM Recruit 4.6 release will be deployed in the TEST environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work. 
Note:  CRM Recruit 4.6 will be deployed in PROD on March 6 – 19, 2017. 

Activity:  Deploy release in the TEST environment.
Note: The upgrade will NOT include a Clone of Production to Test. 

Window:  Upgrades will begin on February 7th at 9:00 AM ET and end at 5:00 PM ET on February 13th.  We expect the process to take approximately 2 hours per client instance.  

Impact: The TEST environment will be unavailable during the actual upgrade of your site.  The CSM team will provide a date/time range within the window for your specific outage.  Your environment will otherwise be available during the window.
