Ellucian CRM Recruit - PROD Move to Modern Hosting Scheduled : Scheduled

ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES 
CRM Recruit – PROD Move to Modern Hosting Project for 4.x SaaS clients

Please be advised that the Ellucian CRM Recruit PROD Move to Modern Hosting Schedule has been set . This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work. 
Note: This does not impact Recruit 3.x clients.  3.x Clients will be migrated to Modern Hosting during their Recruit 4.x Upgrade project.

Activity: Migrate all 4.x PROD environments to the new AWS Hosting Infrastructure/Pods.
Note: The Move will NOT include a Clone of Production to Test but a snapshot of PROD will be made for recovery purposes. 
 
Window: The Migrations will begin on February 8th at 5:00 PM ET and end at 5:00 PM ET on February 26th. We expect the process to take between 2 -4 hours per client instance, and the migrations will be scheduled off-hours (evenings/weekends) to minimize impacts to clients. 
 
Impact: Your PROD environment will be unavailable during the actual Migration of your site to Modern Hosting. The CSM team will provide a date/time range within the window for your specific outage. Your environment will otherwise be available during the window.
 
Dependencies: Full text indexing must be turned off in your environment for the move. If your instance is set with full-text indexing on, you will be notified separately. 
 
Client Action: The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the migration. Please review user access, major business processes, integration to the ERP, and 3rd Party integrations.
 
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after the Migration is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
