Maintenance Bulletin - Recruit SaaS TEST - Upgade to Recruit 4.6

Please read below for important information about your NEW schedule for the upcoming Recruit 4.6 TEST Upgrade.

IMPORTANT: This notice supersedes all previous notices with regards to schedule for this upgrade.

Activity:  Recruit 4.6 upgrade to TEST environment

Date:  Monday, February 20th

Time Window:  9AM - 5PM Eastern

Impact:  Your Test Environment will be unavailable during the window

Dependencies:  None

Notifications:  In addition to this notice informing you of the upcoming date for your upgrade, you will receive three additional notices:
1.  The morning of your move, we will add you to the 'watch list' on the work ticket our cloud team will use for that day's work.  This will cause the system to send out an email copy of that work ticket. It will serve as a reminder that your upgrade will be starting soon.
2.  When our team starts the work that day (around 9 AM eastern) they will change the ticket to 'in progress' and that will send an email out to remind you the work is starting.
3.  When our team completes the work sometime later in the day, they will mark the ticket 'complete' and the system will send an email indicating the upgrades are complete and your system is back online and ready for testing.

Validation: The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the upgrade. Please review user access, major business processes, integration to the ERP, and 3rd Party integrations. If you do have issues, enter a high priority (level 2) Action Line ticket with the words "Recruit SaaS 4.6 TEST - Upgrade Issue - [description of issue]" to ensure proper routing and priority.
