DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:  This notice is to inform you about a planned maintenance to the Ellucian CRM Recruit TEST environments to deploy a hotfix that will improve Web Front End Performance for certain student facing web functions.  

WINDOW:  Wednesday July 19th - starting at 10 AM Eastern and concluding around Noon Eastern. 

PLEASE NOTE:  This is not related to, nor affects the previously communicated 4.8 upgrade schedule, which will continue as planned. The Hotfix will be incorporated in the 4.8 PROD upgrade so no additional maintenance window will be needed for PROD.

IMPACTS:  There is no downtime expected.  Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window as well.

ACTION REQUIRED: There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.

VERIFY: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly. Status announcements will be sent prior to work commencing and once all work has been verified completed.
