Payment Gateway Issue Reported and Resolved
Notice of Issue impacting Recruit 4.8 Customers using Payment Gateway
Earlier this afternoon the Ellucian Cloud Team was alerted to an issue with Payment Gateway functionality affecting the recent Recruit 4.8 SaaS upgraded sites. The R&D team has identified a fix which has been put in place in Cloud to restore functionality to all upgraded customers.
If you leverage the Payment Gateway with Recruit please test and if any issues persist immediately enter a Priority 1 Action Line Case indicating that Recruit 4.8 and Payment Gateway issues persist for your institution.
