ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES BULLETIN

CRM Recruit SaaS 4.6 TEST - Help File Issue

This notice is to inform you that Ellucian was alerted to and is aware that the recently upgraded Recruit 4.6 TEST environments are pointing to a prior version of the online Help, instead of the 4.6 help files.   Our Cloud team is scheduled to fix the link on Friday March 10th.  We have updated our upgrade deployment scripts so that this is corrected for our 4.6 Production run later this month.  Again, this is currently affecting TEST only and will be correct when PROD is deployed.



For your information, here is the correct link to the current (4.6) help files: https://help.elluciancrmrecruit.com/4.6/



If you would like to update the setting in Recruit manually,  you can locate EllucianHelpURL in the configuration settings and change the link there to the above link.





Window:   Friday March 10th, 2017 between 9AM and 5PM Eastern Time.

Impact: There will be no service interruption during this minor update.

Client Action:  None. This message is informative and for awareness of the issue, and to provide the correct link in case it is needed.
