Recruit SaaS PROD - Upgrade to Recruit 4.7 Scheduled

Greetings - this notice serves as an update to the general announcement to inform you of the specific Recruit 4.7 Production upgrade schedule for your CRM Org.  The information about the upgrade and window is below.  If you have concerns about the date please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to discuss.

Activity:  Recruit 4.7 upgrade to PROD Environment

Date:  Monday, May 8th

Time Window:  8PM - 6AM Eastern

Impact:  Your PROD Environment will be unavailable during the window. A Maintenance page will be posted to inform potential visitors to your website of the outage.

Dependencies:  There are no new system requirements for Recruit 4.7.

Notifications:  In addition to this notice informing you of the upcoming date for your upgrade, we will send a reminder the day of your upgrade.  Also, when our team completes the work, we will send an email indicating the upgrades are complete and your system is back online and ready for testing.

Validation: Ellucian Cloud Services will smoke test the environment after the upgrade and prior to releasing to the customer.  The Customer will be responsible for validating their environment following the upgrade. Please review user access, major business processes, integration to the ERP, and 3rd Party integrations. Instructions and test plans will be sent with your upgrade completion notice.
