This REQ asked that we update the name for the graduate at semo.edu<mailto:graduate at semo.edu> account to be Jeffrey Damerall (adadmin\jdamerall). This user should have access to the same records and queues as Allie Wolz did. If this is not the case, then please assign back to me to investigate. Happy to set up a quick call too if that will help bring clarity on the requirement?
