Dear Valued Customers,
I hope this email finds you well. You are receiving this email because you have been identified as one of our many customers currently not using Server-Side Synchronization within your Ellucian CRM Prod Environment. With the latest events surrounding COVID-19 and its affect all of our Ellucian CRM SaaS customer base, the requirement to transition to Server-Side Synchronization by June 2020 (Q2) has been postponed until November 2020 (Q4).
