IMPORTANT:

Please read below for important information about your schedule for the upcoming PRODUCTION move to Modern hosting.

Activity:  PRODUCTION Move to Modern Hosting

Date:  Thursday, February 23rd

Time Window:   8:00 PM - 6:00 AM Eastern

Impact:  Your PROD Environment will be unavailable for between 2 - 4 hours during the window

Notices:  You will receive Start and End notices when the work actually begins and is completed. A Maintenance notice will be posted for the Web Front End while the site is offline notifying prospect students that the site is under maintenance.

Dependencies:  Full text indexing must be turned off in your environment for the move. If your instance is set with full-text indexing on, you will be notified separately to address that issue.

Validation:  The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the migration. Please review user access, major business processes, integration to the ERP, and 3rd Party integrations.
