[Elluciansupport] Reminder: Your Ellucian CRM Recruit SaaS 4.8 TEST Upgrade is set for Early Morning Monday

Recruit SaaS TEST - Upgrade to CRM Recruit 4.8 in TEST begins at 5 AM Eastern on Monday July 10th.
Greetings - this notice serves as a reminder that the CRM Recruit 4.8 TEST upgrade for your SaaS instance will begin at approximately 5 AM Eastern this coming Monday morning.

Time Window:  MORNING: 5AM Eastern - 11AM Eastern tomorrow.

Impact:  Your TEST Environment will be unavailable during the window.

Dependencies:  There are no new requirements for ERP integration for CRM Recruit 4.8.

Notifications:  In addition to this notice reminding you of your upgrade, when our team completes the work overnight, in the morning we will send an email indicating the upgrades are complete and your system is back online and ready for testing.  In that email we will include Test Plans you can follow and instructions for reporting any issues uncovered during testing.  You also receive an update on your Production upgrade date later this week.

Validation: Customers will be responsible for validating the environment following the upgrade.  Because timelines are short, please focus on your previous/already configured functionality and review user access, major business operations processes, integration to the ERP, and 3rd Party integrations.  New features shipped with this release switched 'OFF' and your current configurations should remain intact.  The main goal of testing is to validate you will be operational in your current state without issues after the upgrade - once you have validated current state is good you can move on to configure and test the new features of this release.
